Abstract

Abstract: 
Faced with increasingly strict discharge standards and the high costs of effluent treatment, whether industrial or not, conventional physico-chemical processes are reaching their limits in the depollution of these effluents; then and with a view to improving the performance of the treatment of these effluents, the electrocoagulation process was presented as an alternative separation technique to conventional physico-chemical processes. EC was studied on a laboratory scale with a glass cell containing two stainless steel electrodes. The effect of current density, electrolysis time, and pH was investigated. This thesis focuses on both modeling and optimization of wastewater treatment by electrocoagilation using the experimental design.

في مواجهة معايير الصرف الصارمة المتزايدة والتكاليف المرتفعة لمعالجة النفايات السائلة ، سواء كانت صناعية أم لا ، وصلت العمليات الفيزيائية الكيميائية التقليدية إلى حدودها في إزالة التلوث من هذه النفايات السائلة ؛ ومن أجل تحسين أداء معالجة هذه النفايات السائلة ، تم تقديم عملية التخثير الكهربي كأسلوب فصل بديل للعمليات الفيزيائية والكيميائية التقليدية.تم دراسة EC على نطاق معمل بخلية زجاجية تحتوي على قطبين من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ. تمت دراسة تأثير كثافة التيار ووقت التحليل الكهربائي ودرجة الحموضة. تركز هذه الأطروحة على كل من نمذجة وتحسين معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي عن طريق التخثير الكهربي باستخدام التصميم التجريبي.

 Face aux normes des rejets de plus en plus sévères et aux coûts élevés du traitement des effluents que ce soient industriels ou non, les procédés physico-chimiques classiques atteignent leurs limites dans la dépollution de ces effluents ; alors et en vue d’améliorer les performances du traitement de ces effluents, le procédé d’éléctrocoagulation, s’est présenté comme une technique de séparation alternative aux procédés physico-chimiques classiques.L'EC a été étudiée à l'échelle de laboratoire avec une cellule en verre contenant deux électrodes en acier inoxydable. L'effet de la densité de courant, du temps d’électrolyseet le pH a été étudié. Cette thèse se concentre à la fois sur modélisation et l'optimisation du traitement des eaux usées par éléctrocoagilation en utilisant le plan d'éxpérience.
